Stroll Weekend kicks off with a party! Food and craft vendors, entertainment of all kinds, face painting, music and dancing, and fun for all ages. Brattleboro Common and at the River Garden in Brattleboro.
Stores and restaurants are open as well, and, the festival coincides with Gallery Walk, downtown Brattleboro’s festive monthly first-Friday stroll from gallery to gallery, so gallery venues will be hosting openings of new art exhibits.
And inside our headquarters, the River Garden, our local celebrity food judges will be tasting and choosing the winners of our Culinary Competition. Also at the River Garden, you’ll find specialty food vendors with samples and products for sale, exhibits by the Competition’s sponsors, and our exhibit of Farm Art.
And, for adults only -bring your ID, at the rear of the River Garden, our free tasting of specialty spirits, ciders, mead and beers crafted in Vermont! You may also purchase drinks to consume on the premises and closed bottles from the vendors. Come sample the delicious offerings from these Vermont Distillers, Cideries, Vintners and Breweries:
