The Labyrinth: Walking Meditation

Labyrinths can bring together body, mind, and spirit. Sadelle Wiltshire offers a brief historical look and will provide a small canvas labyrinth or construct a temporary labyrinth on site for a group walking exercise in reflection and holding space, as well as have a couple of “finger labyrinths” for those who want to participate but not walk. If you journal, feel free to bring it along, as well as a writing implement.
