Befriend Your Body & Coast through the End of Winter

In this hour together, Marybeth Kover, Somatic Therapist & Yoga Instructor, will use guided meditation and gentle experiential exercises to help you soothe your nervous system as winter begins its exit. Learn how to identify what has been still or dormant within you this winter and give it the time and attention it needs to blossom this Spring. You will identify ways to work with your body, instead of against it, create more space in both body and mind, and move toward a mindset of transitioning into spring with ease and splendor.
