Walking the Labyrinth as a Self-Care and Mindfulness Tool

Sadelle Wiltshire will give a brief introduction to the labyrinth and offer an experiential labyrinth walk as a mindfulness practice using an 18-foot canvas labyrinth. Small finger labyrinths for those who are more comfortable sitting will be available. A short film will also be shown. Sit and reflect after the walk, with papers for journaling or drawing, or share vocally, if you wish. This event will go to 1:30.
