SPECIAL: Opiates and Our Community Series (Part 4 of 4)
The Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and Brattleboro Fire Department are partnering to deliver a four-day series on the opioid epidemic in our community. Each day there will be different topics presented by different agencies, all members of our community who work directly in this crisis.
Turning Point provides a safe, supportive gathering place for all whose lives have been affected by addictions and are seeking to begin or strengthen their individual path in recovery, offering peer support, education, meeting space, and resource options presented by Suzie Walker; Executive Director.
Nar-Anon Family Groups – A program that supports relatives and friends of those battling substance use, where members can achieve peace of mind and gain hope for the future – Susan Avery; Facilitator
