Brown Bag Lunch Series: Food Demonstration by Culinary Class of 2018

Since July, the Culinary Class of 2018 has been hard at work learning food processing skills, introductory management skills, commercial food basics, ServSafe food handler training, local food systems, and job readiness skills. Today they will demonstrate what they have learned during the 12 week program.
